About Sanni

“I've never really separated life from creativity.”

Growing up in my mother's fabric store in Germany, I learned early that a simple piece of fabric can become almost anything. I've been sewing since I was five years old, and all these years later, that sense of curiosity has never left me.

Today, I create one-of-a-kind garments, teach, build community, and spend my days imagining new ways to give materials a second chance. Whether I'm designing a custom piece, hosting a creative gathering, or sewing alongside children discovering their own ideas, the process always begins in the same place: with curiosity.

I don't believe beauty has to be perfect or new. Some of my favorite creations begin with forgotten textiles, worn linen, or a piece of clothing someone else no longer needed. I love making things by hand, taking my time, and creating work that carries a story.

More than anything, I hope my work encourages people to slow down, create with their hands, and see the beauty that's already around them.

Welcome—I'm glad you're here.
